Comprehensive multidisciplinary support for the development and well-being of children, adolescents and adults.
The first contact is by phone or message to gather essential information about the child or adult, direct you to the right specialist, and schedule an initial appointment.
During the first meeting we conduct an in-depth interview with the patient and/or family to understand their history, difficulties and expectations, and collect all useful information (observations, medical reports, previous assessments, etc.).
Depending on the identified needs, a comprehensive assessment is carried out in the relevant specialty or specialties (psychomotricity, speech therapy, psychology, neuropsychology, etc.). Each assessment includes clinical and standardised observations, a detailed analysis of strengths and challenges, and a written report with conclusions and recommendations. This provides a global view of the patient’s profile and guides the next steps.
Based on the assessment results we design a personalised therapeutic plan. It defines the objectives, the frequency and type of sessions, the therapeutic tools used, and the family’s role in continuing the work at home. The plan is created together with the parents and, if necessary, external professionals (school, physician, educators, etc.).
Sessions take place regularly in a reassuring, motivating setting. Therapists use approaches tailored to each profile to support the development of targeted skills. We maintain ongoing communication with families to ensure continuity.
Throughout the process we reassess regularly to measure progress, adjust goals and set new priorities. This ensures the care plan remains effective and aligned with the needs of the patient and their family.
